The Beginning

More Than Just a Name

When Albypharma board approached me, they weren’t just looking for a brand.
They wanted a story — something real, rooted, and full of meaning.
I started by diving deep into the company’s heritage.

Finding the Name
Where Heritage Meets Vision

The name we chose, Albypharma, carries the spirit of transformation and hope. It draws from the story of St. Ailbe of Emly, a 6th-century Irish figure who blessed a barren river, bringing it back to life.

In honor of that miracle, five churches rose along the river’s best fishing spots.

Albypharma is built on that same foundation: renewal, hope, and lasting impact — anchored proudly in Irish roots and future possibilities.

Designing the Symbol
A Story in Every Line

For the logo, I turned to one of the most powerful icons of Celtic culture: the Triskele (or Triple Spiral).

Its continuous, flowing motion perfectly mirrors Albypharma’s core values: Forward movement, Renewal, and evolution.

The unbroken cycle of life, health, and progress.
It wasn’t just about choosing a symbol.

It was about choosing one that carried the same timeless, resilient energy Albypharma aspires to bring to healthcare.

Choosing the Color
Calm Strength

Next came color.

I chose a shade of violet—a blend of blue’s calm and red’s strength.

In history, violet has stood for:
Wisdom, Creativity, Connection to one’s deeper roots, and Quiet but powerful leadership.

It’s not loud, but it leaves a deep impression — just like Albypharma aims to do in patients’ lives.

From the name to the symbol to the color, every detail was carefully crafted to reflect Albypharma’s mission:

Capturing the Spirit Photography and Drone Visuals

To bring Albypharma’s story to life visually, we didn’t stop at branding design.

I worked with the team to plan and direct a custom photography and drone shoot — capturing the beauty of the Irish landscape, the energy of the facility, and the spirit of renewal at the heart of the brand.

Drone shots gave us sweeping views of the lush surroundings, connecting the brand back to the land and the story of St. Ailbe.

Lifestyle photography captured the human side of healthcare — warmth, hope, and forward momentum.

These visuals weren’t just beautiful — they became a powerful extension of the brand itself, grounding it in place, purpose, and emotion.

With the brand foundations in place, I created photography, drone visuals, mockups, and templates to bring Albypharma’s identity to life.

I applied the brand across the website, internal documents, marketing, and outdoor artworks, ensuring every detail reflected its spirit of renewal and progress.
